KBEstimating began with a clear purpose: to leverage extensive field experience to provide accurate, reliable construction estimates. Founded out of a personal need for financial stability, I realized my deep knowledge in carpentry and estimating could serve a valuable purpose. My goal was to offer a service that truly understands the intricacies of construction, something often missing from traditional estimating services.

What sets KBEstimating apart is my hands-on carpentry experience. As a general carpenter, I've been involved in every stage of construction, from laying footers to erecting roofs and everything in between. I had experience working in every residential based trade. I also have personally been a Project Manager as well as a General Manager, giving me a comprehensive understanding of how a project comes together. This practical knowledge ensures that our estimates are not just numbers, but reflections of real-world construction processes.
